We will refund you for any new, unopened and unused items returned within 30 days of purchase - no questions asked. Once we have received your item the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Damaged Goods

If an item in your order is damaged when you receive it, contact us and we will let you know what to do next. In most cases we will send out a replacement immediately with proof of damage.

Shipping

To return your product, contact us and we will advise you accordingly on steps to follow. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect goods, in which case we will cover the return cost.

If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations

Please contact us if you wish to cancel or modify an order. We will happily cancel your order before it has been dispatched and the full purchase amount will be refunded to your credit card (or original payment method).
